Master Piece Dolls Special Order Program

As you enter your order, you will also make arrangements for your payment plan with our ordering program.

If you are interested in ordering any of these dolls, please create an account by clicking on "My Account" and then proceed to select the dolls and quantities. If you already have an account, sign in and then proceed with your order.  The ordering process will be open from January 19 to February 17, 2015.

The dolls will be produced in March/April/May and will arrive in the U.S. and Europe in June 2016. For the US,  the dolls will go directly by boat to the West Coast and then UPS will ship them directly to you from their facility on the West Coast via UPS ground service.  We expect that UPS will be able to ship you the dolls at the end of June (Please note that we will post when the dolls leave the factory and a closer estimated arrival date once the goods are produced)  UPS sends an email notification to everyone who has ordered from us when the dolls have been shipped to them from the West Coast via UPS ground service.

Edition Sizes:
These dolls will be produced as a "special order" for the US market.  The Edition Sizes are noted in the write up with each doll.  Once the edition size is sold out the computer will stop taking orders on that particular doll.

Payment Terms:
Payment can be made by check or Visa/Mastercard/Discover.  In addition, payment can be made in full when ordered or made in three installments.  The three installments can be done as follows: first payment 1/3 plus shipping and handling to be paid when order is placed or before February 17, 2nd payment to be made by April 1, and 3rd payment to be made May 25.

New Retailer Program:
For those retailers who would like to participate in our retail program please email me at Masterpiecedolls@aol.com and we will send you a form to fill out to apply for our retailer program.

Hair Preference:
As a special offering, we have noted with most dolls a choice for having the dolls you order come with Hair Applied or Hair in Bag.  We will include a wig in a separate bag if “Hair in Bag” is requested for those dolls.

Customer Service:
As we have always done in the past, if there is anything that is wrong with your doll when it arrives please contact us and we will send you the part you are missing or replace anything that is not done correctly.  We want you to be happy with your new doll.  We are not in a position to take returns so please be sure you want the dolls when you order them.
